In this paper, exact solutions of Einstein field equations of five dimensional Kaluza-Klein cosmological model with strange quark matter and string cloud have been obtained by using Λ = aH2 +R-2, where R(t) is scale factor and H is Hubble parameter. To get solutions, Quark matter is assumed to behave like perfect fluid and its equation of state is given by p=1/3(ρ-4BC). In order to obtain exact solutions, extra dimension is assumed to be equal to nth power of R(t) where n < 1. This assumption is followed because the Universe is anisotropic at early stages, although as per cosmic principle, it is believed to be homogeneous and isotropic. The exact solutions thus obtained led to anisotropic and nonsingular model.
